Tip 2

Taming the Emotional Beast

The pain-body wants to survive, just like every other entity in existence, and it can only survive if it gets you to unconsciously identify with it. It can then rise up, take you over, 'become you,' and live through you.

Think of the pain-body as that annoying friend who always brings up your worst moments at parties. It feeds on negativity, turning minor annoyances into epic dramas. Next time you feel sudden rage or sadness, pause and think, “Ah, there’s my pain-body, crashing the party again.”

This recognition starts to dissolve its grip. By not feeding it more drama, you gradually free yourself from its emotional clutches, like breaking up with a toxic friend.
